Our Story
PERI GINSBERG
Workforce Ready Now is the brainchild of Peri Ginsberg. Peri brings 10+ years full-desk recruitment experience for start-up, private, PE/VC, and publicly traded organizations. Prior to her recruitment career, Peri gained noteworthy corporate experience as a Mergers and Acquisitions Systems Specialist with Andersen Consulting, Director of IT and Portfolio Manager with Office Depot, and brings previous entrepreneurial experience building and operating a chain of high-end children's salons. Peri obtained her Bachelors and Masters from Cornell University.
Throughout her career, Peri noticed that students, upon graduating from college, were overwhelmingly underprepared to navigate their way into the workforce. Peri married her extensive corporate America and hiring expertise with her passion for working with young adults, to build a modern methodology to provide workforce readiness coaching. Thus the birth of Workforce Ready Now.
Peri lives in Boca Raton, FL with her husband and is the proud mother of two children; one currently attending Northeastern University and one at Florida State University.
ANDREA MAIZES
Andrea has 30+ years of experience as an Human Resources Executive and Talent Acquisition leader at global organizations including Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, PWC, Nuance Communications, TradeStation, and Waystar. She is an expert at helping clients, in all stages, navigate critical career transitions, make strategic decisions and achieve their goals.
As an ICF certified career coach, her expertise includes working with new graduates and early career professionals to help them understand their strengths and find a career that is a good fit for their personality, skills and interests. She partners with her clients to identify their “best fit” career and together they build and execute an action plan to land their dream job.
Andrea’s services include career assessments, job search strategies, resume and cover letter review, LinkedIn profile review, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and career transition.
